For Thinkific course creators

Most of your students will never finish. That's where your next sale went.

Between 10% and 20% of online students complete the course they paid for. The other 80% don't refund on day one — they go quiet, stay quiet, and never buy from you again. Thinkific won't tell you when it happens. ThinkFunnels notices the same day — and can text them, or have an AI call them, to find out why.

Setup done for you in a week. No new software to learn.

Selling the course was the hard part. Keeping them is where the money is.

You already solved acquisition. Someone found you, trusted you, and paid. Everything that happens after that — whether they start, whether they finish, whether they ever buy again — is running completely unmanaged right now.

Four moments decide it, and Thinkific is silent at all four:

They buy and never log in

The single biggest refund risk in online courses is a student who never opens the thing. Nobody tells you it happened. The refund email is the first you hear about it.

They stall halfway

A student stops at 40% and just… stops. No alert, no nudge, nothing. Weeks later they're either a refund request or a quiet non-renewal. Catching that window is the difference between a graduate and a write-off.

They finish and hear nothing

The hour after someone completes your course is the highest-trust moment you will ever have with them. Selling to an existing customer converts at 60–70%, against 5–20% for a stranger. Most creators use that hour for absolutely nothing.

They'd have written you a testimonial

Right at completion, they're proud and grateful and would happily say so. Three weeks later, they won't reply. That's a library of social proof you're losing on a timer.

Six automations. Every client gets all six.

No tiers, no add-ons, no "available on the higher plan." Here's exactly what starts running the day you go live.

Get them started

Welcome Sequence

A multi-touch onboarding flow that fires the moment someone enrols — while the purchase is still warm and they still remember why they bought.

Students who start in the first 48 hours are dramatically more likely to finish, and dramatically less likely to ask for a refund.

Keep them moving

Progress Milestone Celebrations

Automatic recognition at 25%, 50% and 75% — each one naming the exact course they're working through.

Momentum is the whole game. Students who feel seen keep going.

Stuck Student Detection

Seven days with no activity anywhere in your school and the student gets a personal check-in. The moment they come back, the messages stop automatically — nobody gets nagged for progress they've already made.

This is the one that saves students you'd otherwise never hear from again.

Dormant Win-Back

Ignore the first nudge and a stronger offer follows a week later — a discount, a reset, a personal note. Your call what it says.

Last honest attempt before you write someone off.

Cash in the finish line

Post-Completion Upsell

The moment a student completes, your next offer arrives — matched to the course they just finished, not a generic blast.

Your best students, at their highest-trust moment, at zero acquisition cost.

Testimonial Request

A timed ask a couple of days after completion, while the win is still fresh.

Compounding social proof that sells the course for you.

The AI layer

Then it stops being email

Here's what most people miss about this.

The six automations above are the starting kit. What you're actually getting is a live feed of what every student is doing — who enrolled, who stalled, who just finished — landing in your CRM the moment it happens, with their name and their course attached.

Once that feed exists, it doesn't have to be an email that responds to it. It can be a phone call. It can be a conversation.

An AI calls your graduates to congratulate them

A student finishes your course. Ninety seconds later their phone rings, and a warm, natural-sounding voice congratulates them by name, on the course they just finished — asks how they found it, asks if they'd be willing to say a few words about it, and tells them what to do next.

One call doing the job of a testimonial request, an upsell and a thank-you card. A human doing this properly costs more per month than ThinkFunnels does.

An AI texts your stalled students to find out what's wrong

"Hey Sarah — saw you stopped around lesson 4 of Sales Basics. Just curious, what got in the way?"

Then it reads the reply and reacts. Too busy? It offers a realistic schedule. Stuck on the material? It routes them to you. Wasn't what they expected? You just caught a refund before it was requested.

Nobody asks students why they quit — not at the moment it's still true. This does, automatically, every time.

An AI checks in halfway

A quick message at the 50% mark asking how it's going. Most students say fine. The ones who don't are the ones you were about to lose, and now you know three weeks early.

And then you find out why students really quit

Every one of those replies is a data point. After a few months you're not guessing about your course any more — you can see, in your students' own words, exactly where and why people stop.

No course creator has ever had that, because nobody was asking at the moment the answer was honest.

AI calls and messages are included in your monthly fee. WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram and Live Chat all supported.

How it works

You keep teaching. We handle the follow-up.

01

One onboarding call

Thirty minutes. We look at your courses, your next offers, and how you want to sound. No migration, no rebuilding, nothing touched inside your course content.

02

We build it

Every automation installed, connected and tested against your actual school. You approve the messaging before a single student receives anything.

03

It runs

Students get welcomed, nudged, celebrated, rescued and upsold — automatically, in your voice, forever. You don't log into anything new.

Faaz, founder of ThinkFunnels

Faaz — every ThinkFunnels setup, personally.

Why I built this

I've spent ten years managing clients on Thinkific, ClickFunnels and platforms like them. The whole time, the same thing was true: almost nobody was using automation properly. For a long stretch it wasn't even possible — the tools didn't exist yet. So creators quietly lost money they never knew they were losing.

When better platforms arrived, I started building these automations for clients myself. Revenue went up. But the number that surprised me was renewals: six times as many students came back for the next year. That was the moment it clicked — the money is in the ascension to the next offer, and nobody was building for it.

So I stopped doing one-off builds and turned it into one thing I do properly. Same automations, installed the same way, for the kind of business I already know inside out.

I run and manage every client personally. That means I only take on a few at a time — the ones I can actually get results for.

What this is actually worth — using your numbers, not ours

ThinkFunnels is new. We're not going to show you invented testimonials with stock photos — you've seen enough of those. So instead, here's the arithmetic, deliberately conservative, with every assumption sourced at the bottom of this page.

Change either number and the table recalculates.

Students who currently finish (15%)~7 per month
Graduates who'd take a $297 next offer at 1-in-10~$208/mo
Refunds avoided by catching non-starters and stalls early~1 sale/mo = $297
Conservative monthly total~$505

That's before a single extra student finishes because someone finally nudged them.

ThinkFunnels costs $297/month. One graduate taking your next offer covers it. Everything past that is margin on students you already paid to acquire.

Want this run on your real numbers instead of an example? That is literally what the call is for.

No tiers to decode, no features held back. Pricing scales with how many students you have — never with which automations you're allowed.

ThinkFunnels — Full Suite

$297/month

+ $2,500 one-time onboarding

  • Every automation above, installed and configured against your school
  • AI calls and AI conversations included — no separate usage bill
  • Built for you — connected, tested and live inside a week
  • Messaging written in your voice, approved by you before launch
  • Every new automation included as it ships, at no extra cost
  • Cancel any time

We only want clients this obviously works for. That's why we run your numbers on the call before either of us commits to anything.

Founding client pricing: the first five schools get onboarding at $1,247 instead of $2,500.

All I ask in return is an honest testimonial about what ThinkFunnels did for your school — good or bad — once you've run it long enough to know.

Questions you're probably asking

Broadcasts and automations are different animals. A newsletter can't notice that Marcus hasn't logged in since he bought, or that Sarah just hit 75% and is the best upsell target in your list this week. ThinkFunnels reacts to what each individual student does — or doesn't do. That's not something you can do by hand at any real scale.

No. If you already have GoHighLevel we'll build inside your account. If you don't, we provide one as part of the service — and everything we build stays yours either way.

Grow or above. The connections ThinkFunnels relies on aren't available on Basic or Start — that's a Thinkific restriction. If you're on a lower plan, tell us on the call and we'll be straight with you about whether upgrading is worth it for your numbers.

No. We connect through Thinkific's official integration points and never touch your course content, your pages, or your students' access. Cancel and your school is exactly as it was.

Most schools are live within a week of the onboarding call. Your only jobs are the call itself and approving the messaging.

Every sequence is written in your voice during onboarding, and you approve all of it before anything sends. Students hear from you — just more consistently than any human can manage.

Then we'd both rather know on the free call than after you've paid. We run your actual numbers live. If the maths doesn't work, we'll say so and you'll leave with the numbers anyway.

Every month you wait, another cohort quietly doesn't finish

The students who bought last month are already going quiet. You did the hardest part — you built something worth buying. Let's make sure enough people get to the end of it to pay you twice.
